1 Day Emergency First Aid at Work Course
This 1 day course is aimed at employees that work in a low risk environment such as the office, low hazard manufacturing.
6 contact hours over 1 day:
It is designed to offer a good basic knowledge of first aid and provide necessary lifesaving skills.
It is OFQUAL approved that complies with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
The learner will be continually assessed through-out the day and on successful completion will receive a recognised
Certificate that is valid for 3 years.

- Action in an Emergency
- Record keeping
- First Aid Box contents
- Unconsciousness
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Safe Use of an AED
- Burns and Scalds
- Wounds/ Bleeding and Shock
- Choking
- Minor Injuries & Illnesses
