Annual Refresher Update (RQF 1 Unit)
Do your designated first aiders feel as confident as they did when they received their qualification?

This course provides the opportunity to update theoretical and practical skills in order to demonstrate continued competence.
3 contact hours over 1 day:
The HSE / OFQUAL strongly recommends that all first aiders update their skills on an annual basis.
Attendees will cover the following topics:
- Action in an Emergency
- Casualty Care
- Unconsciousness
- Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Safe Use of an AED
- Wounds and Bleeding
- Treatment of Shock
